What is your returns and exchanges policy?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or colour, we are happy for you to return/exchange them so we can find them another happy home. They must be in original condition, unworn with all tags, packaging and the shoe box in tact as it was received. Rollie will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end. Rollie will not be held responsible for any item(s) returned/ exchanged that are not returned in original condition. We will not accept your return/exchange if we consider the item(s) used.
You must fill out our Returns & Exchanges form within 7 days of receiving your order. For ALL purchases outside of Australia, please note postage will be at your own cost, so please select your size carefully.
We provide a full refund for shoes purchased at full price. This does not include sale items or full priced items purchased during a promotional sale. For all sale items and items purchased during a promotional sale, we provide a credit note for you to use on a future purchase.

How much is postage?
For all orders within Australia over $199, shipping is free, otherwise it is $12 for shipping. For all international over $250, shipping is free. Shipping to New Zealand is $18 and for the rest of the world $30.
I placed an order where is it?
All items are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order, during business hours. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be sent out on the next business day. We are closed on public holidays, so please take this into account when placing an order.
I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments only. We have the option to pay manually with your credit card via eWay or you can make payment via PayPal. All quoted prices and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
How secure is your store?
This store used eWay and PayPal for payments. eWay automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
