Terms of service

All items are dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive your package within 1-5 working days depending on your location in Australia.
International orders will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days depending on your location.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post using registered mail and Star Track. All items will be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive your delivery the next day in metro areas for orders placed before 2 pm AEST and between 2-5 working days depending on your locating in Aus. There might be slight delays during public holidays and sale periods.

International orders will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days depending on your location. If you are ordering from the following countries, please provide a P.O Box Address to ensure your order is accepted:

Qatar
Saudi Arabia
United Arab Emirates
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTIES & TAXES

Duties & Taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country. If you want to be sure before you make a purchase you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or lookup the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry as we cannot cover these charges for you.
