We ship worldwide from Australia! International customers can browse the website in their local currency via the dropdown in the navigation menu. We ship all our international orders via DHL express. Delivery time frames and charges by country below.

Duties & Taxes

Please refer to the table above for duties and taxes applicable in your region. 

For countries where duties & taxes are not included, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) at checkout.

For all DDU orders, you are responsible for paying Duties & Taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier may not release the goods without payment.

Returns

International orders are only eligible for returns for a refund at this time.

Pre paid returns will be charged a returns fee as per the table above and the return fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

No returns accepted on Final Sale items.

Duties & Taxes are paid to the local government and not to Rollie Nation as the seller so we will refund the order amount minus any duties and taxes if applicable. You can request a refund on Duties & Taxes from your local government.

 Gift Cards

Gift cards purchases are not supported for international customers at this time. Please contact us at hello@rollienation.com if you would like to contact us about using an existing gift card.
