I bought a paper of ladies runners in the wrong size - Rollie without hesitation sent out a return label (no charge to me) and swapped them over in record time - so efficient and such lovely service. I had worn these runners outside once only so I never expected to be able to return them- I actually called Rollie to order another pair - it was my fault, I was so disappointed so when a replacement was offered I nearly fell over - unbelievable!!! I’ll most definitely be a loyal customer and can’t speak highly enough of this company.👍 I got free socks too which are so warm, comfortable and great quality!
