Our shoes are manufactured to a standard fit.

We recommend for you to order shoes in your normal size or the size that you wear most often. If you already have a pair of Rollies, you can check out our fit finder.

Although we work hard to keep our sizing consistent, shoe fit depends on a number of different factors, including foot width and shape. If your shoes arrive and aren’t quite the right fit, don’t worry! We offer free shipping and free returns within Australia, so if your shoes don’t fit, you can return them, and we'll make sure to get the right size on your feet! Learn More

Our shoes are made to a standard fit but because we use super soft premium leathers, they will stretch to the shape of your foot. If you have wider feet, we would recommend trying ouar lace-up styles like Derby & Sneakers, which allow you to adjust the width of your shoes.

If you have narrow feet, we recommend a lace up style which allows you to tighten and adjust the width of your shoes. Our Madison range would also be ideal due to the pointed toe detail. You can also add an extra insole for a snugger fit!

We understand how difficult it can be to get fashionable shoes to wear with your orthotics, which is why we've redesigned most of our shoes to offer a removable insole. You can find out if a style has a removable inner sole via their product descriptions.

When you try on your shoes, your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The fit over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight and you should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes.

Also note, your left and right feet may differ in length or width as much as a full size. Be sure to measure and try shoes on both feet, and always buy shoes to fit your larger foot.

Rollies are made with super soft premium leathers. Like all leather shoes, your Rollies will also mould to the shape of your foot and soften with wear.

Our shoes are super lightweight with cushioning and a flexible EVA outsole, which makes them perfect for everyday wear. However, they do not replace athletic shoes, so we don't recommend running or going off-track walking in your Rollies. If you're running errands, travelling the world or on your feet all day, they will be the perfect shoe.
